    Mercy Place Parkville is a stunning new retirement community offering high, low and dementia-specific residential care. It incorporates the architecturally designed Mercy Place Apartments, a community hub with activity spaces, shops and services, and an aged care residence catering for people needing higher levels of care and support.

    Mercy Place Parkville caters for 140 people with low and high care needs and offers dementia specific care. The residence is the central to the surrounding aged care community, which includes 52 independent living Apartments. We care for people physically, socially, emotionally and spiritually and aim to make each day the best day possible for you. A Registered Nurse Division 1 is on site 24 hours so your clinical care needs can be met. We provide continuing care for your changing needs, so you can remain in your new home.

    Our lifestyle coordinator runs a program of activities that includes outings, concerts, indoor bowls, gardening, craft groups, cooking, and more.

    Mercy Place Parkville Apartments is a secure apartment complex with a ground floor common area and 4th floor Club Lounge. Guests to the apartment building are welcome to use these facilities accompanied by an apartment resident.

    To access the building, please use the intercom system located at the foyer entrance. There is also a visitor’s car park for use by guests to the left of the foyer entrance. To access the visitor’s car park, please use the intercom system at the car park entrance.

    Mercy Place Parkville has made a huge impact on the local community, bringing to the area not only a beautiful building but a kiosk hairdresser and massage therapist this is in the area known as the community hub, purposely designed to bring the community in. The chapel the heart of Mercy Place Parkville provides an opportunity for family and residents to seek spiritual solace, a place for reflection.
