Become a Community Information Advisor

Do you know someone who can help us review our patient information?

Mercy Health needs Community Information Advisors. Advisors can be a (current, past or potential) patient/resident, a family member, carer or someone from the community.
Community Information Advisors are invited to join discussion groups (or participate from home) across Mercy Health sites in Victoria. Advisors will help review community, patient, family and carer information to make sure that publications are friendly, practical and most importantly, helpful. Often these publications are written by medical staff or 'experts' who may not understand the perspective of patients (or potential patients), their families and carers. Mercy Health needs your help to make sure we can inform and support our community in the best way possible.

Advisors can:
• participate in one-off discussion groups OR
• participate in several discussion groups OR
• review information from home.
