From 1 – 7 August Mercy Health will be celebrating World Breastfeeding Week. The theme for 2016 is 'Breastfeeding: a key to sustainable development' and asks us to reflect on how breastfeeding is a key element in getting us to think about how to value our wellbeing from the start of life, how to respect each other and care for the world we share.

The BFW accreditation recognises the policies and supports in place that assist women who return to work and continue to breastfeed.
