Director Amanda Bowe

Mercy Health officially opened its brand new Barwon office close to the centre of Geelong on Wednesday 12 November. The new Barwon office, which provides care and services to more than 700 clients, was previously located in Fairlie Street, Hamlyn Heights.

The office services the City of Greater Geelong, Surf Coast Shire, Colac Otway Shire, Borough of Queenscliffe and employs 189 community care workers who make an average of 4,155 service visits each month. Mercy Health Home & Community Care Executive Director Amanda Bowe said the new, more prominent location, provided easier access for both clients and staff.

"Mercy Health is very excited to be in this new contemporary location,'' Amanda said. "We are looking forward to continuing the essential community care and nursing services we provide to people in and around the Barwon region."

The new address is Suite 12-15, 240 Pakington Street, Geelong West – located at the corner of Gordon Avenue.
