Evaluating our Partnerships

Mercy Mental Health has a number of established partnerships with care providers in the community, and has recently evaluated two long-standing collaborations which provide joint provision of services to our consumers.

1. Victorian Transcultural Mental Health (VTMH)

Mercy Mental Health provides care to a culturally and linguistically diverse population and values the support and resources obtained through our collaboration with Victorian Transcultural Mental Health (VTMH).

The purpose of this evaluation was to review our partnership and make plans around capacity building initiatives. It is anticipated that organisatons which have the necessary internal resources and structures in place, and continued support from VTMH will be in a better position to sustain the provision of culturally responsive service delivery.

2. CoHealth

Mercy Mental Health partners with CoHealth in the provision of service to our consumers at the Prevention and Recovery Centre (PARC) facility, located in Deer Park.

An evaluation is being conducted to assess the efficacy of this working relationship, with the aim of improving the services we provide. The outcome of this evaluation will be made available when it is finalised.
