• Our Patient Services Department co-ordinates the admission and discharge of our patients and the electronic registration of births. Our staff will be able to confirm your admission time and advise our Private and Non-eligible patients of any out of pocket expenses.


    Please ensure that at the time of admission that you bring in (if applicable):

    - Your Medicare card
    - Current Medication
    - Health Care / Pension Cards
    - Notification of Admission Letter (surgical patients)
    - Health Insurance Details/ Veteran’s Affairs card
    - Visa (eligible overseas patients)
    - Letter of Guarantee (eligible overseas patients)
    - Items as requested for your baby
    - Other items/goods as advised
