Transitions Alcohol and Drug Clinic

The Transitions Alcohol and Drug Clinic provides specialist multidisciplinary care for women with substance use issues during pregnancy.  Care coordination is individualized to the needs of the mother and child. 

Services include;

—  Specialist Obstetric and Paediatric care with specific focus on the issues associated with substance use
—  Specialist Midwifery antenatal care and education
—  Drug and alcohol assessment, counselling and referrals
—  Methadone stabilization and support
—  Social and housing support
—  Mental health assessment and support
—  Dietician
—  Priority Dentistry referrals
