Mercy Health Ageing Well Special Offer
1 Preamble
1.1. Mercy Health Home Care (Mercy Aged and Community Care Ltd ACN 088 254 460 ABN 77 191 901 062) is offering two (2) hours of home care services at no charge to eligible customers (Ageing Well Expo Special Offer).
1.2. The Ageing Well Expo Special Offer is provided on these terms and conditions and any additional terms and conditions communicated by Mercy Health Home Care from time to time.
1.3. Personal information will be managed according to Mercy Health’s Privacy Policy.
2 Definitions
2.1 Ageing Well Expo Special Offer (the Offer) means the promotion that provides eligible customers with one complimentary home care service of up to two (2) hours delivered by Mercy Health Home Care, subject to the eligibility criteria and conditions set out in these terms and conditions.
2.2 Support at Home (SaH) refers to the Australian Government’s Support at Home program, under the Aged Care Act 2025 (Cth) through which customers may receive funded home care support.
2.3 Private-pay customer means any individual who chooses to pay directly for home care services without government funding or subsidies.
3 Eligibility
3.1. To qualify for this Offer, a customer must:
3.1.1. be eligible for SaH services; or
3.1.2. be willing to pay privately for Mercy Health home care services.
3.2 Customers must reside in a Mercy Health Home Care service area, within Victoria.
4 Redemption process
4.1. A customer must contact the Mercy Health Customer Enquiry Centre on 1300 164 833 and quote the special offer promotion code to redeem the Offer.
4.2. The two free hours will be applied as a $0 charge on the customer’s initial statement.
4.3. Eligible services must be booked by no later than 20 April 2026.
5 Exclusions
5.1. The Offer does not cover:
5.1.1. clinical services such a nursing and allied health services
5.1.2. weekends and public holidays
5.1.3. specialised equipment
5.1.4. third-party provider services.
6 Limits and Conditions
6.1. The Offer is limited to one redemption per customer.
6.2. The Offer is non-transferable, non-refundable, and not redeemable for cash.
6.3. Standard minimum visit durations and scheduling requirements apply.
6.4. Standard cancellation policies apply; late cancellations may result in forfeiture of the Offer.

6.5. Any services delivered beyond the complimentary two hours will be charged at Mercy Health Home Care’s standard rates for SaH or private-pay customers, depending on the customer’s funding arrangement.
7 General
7.1. Private-paying customers must book a minimum of three hours of service in a single visit. The first one hour must be paid, and the additional two hours will be provided free under the Offer.
7.2. To redeem the Offer, customers must sign a service agreement with Mercy Health Home Care either as a Support at Home participant or as a private-paying customer, no later than 20 April 2026.
7.3. The Offer applies only to services delivered Monday to Friday, between 8am and 8pm.
7.4. Only one Offer can be applied per customer at any time. Customers are not eligible to redeem multiple offers concurrently.
7.5. Mercy Health Home Care may amend or withdraw the Offer at any time, except where a booking has already been confirmed. While reasonable efforts may be made to notify customers, Mercy Health Home Care is not obligated to provide advance notice of any changes.
7.6. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
