The Freedom of Information Act 1982 (Vic) enables you to make an application for access to information held by:

  • Mercy Hospital for Women
  • Werribee Mercy Hospital (including the Gabrielle Jennings Centre)
  • Mercy Health O’Connell Family Centre
  • Mercy Mental Health.
