For the 11th consecutive year Mercy Health has been recognised as an Employer of Choice for Gender Equality by the WGEA. We were one of 120 organisations Australia wide to be awarded the citation and one of only 5 in the Health Care and Social Assistance industry.

The award recognises excellence in age diversity initiatives and programs in the workplace.
Winner - Aged and Community Services Australia (ACSA) Victorian Aged Care Awards – Trainee
Aroha Cookson. Aroha works at Mercy Place Wyndham, won the Trainee category at the ACSA Victoria Aged Care Awards. Ms Cookson started her Personal Care Attendant traineeship with Mercy Health in 2010, providing residents with considerate and compassionate care.
