Help us to improve your experience in the Werribee Mercy Hospital Outpatients Department
The Werribee Mercy Hospital Outpatients Department is looking for consumers, patients and carers like you to help them improve the experience of attending their clinic. If you would like to be involved and are able to attend one of our workshops, please read on. No prior preparation or background knowledge is required.

What will happen at the workshop?
We will be seeking your feedback and ideas on:
- How to send appointment reminders
- How you check in for your appointment
- Use of televisions to indicate waiting times
- How your appointment is made
As a thank you for your time all participants will be provided with a $30 Coles/Myer voucher and free parking for their attendance on the day.
