Sunday 8 March is International Women’s Day, a global celebration of the social, political, economic and cultural achievements of women and a call to action that promotes gender equality.
The 2021 theme is Choose to Challenge. It encourages the global community to challenge gender bias, stereotyping and discrimination, promoting a more inclusive and equal world.
To show our support and commemorate the day Mercy Health developed a video calling on employee’s to use their voice to challenge gender inequality.
