Mercy Health, Health Services Reconciliation Action Plan

Mercy Health was pleased to officially launch our Health Services Reconciliation Action Plan: Innovate on Thursday 19 August.

Mercy Health is committed to reconciliation across all of our services. We are resolved to helping close the gap in health outcomes for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples and to making our services culturally safe for every person who needs our care.

Our Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) charts the way for real, meaningful action over the next two years. We are proud to present this RAP to our patients, clients, partners and the public.

We invite you to watch a short video featuring Yorta Yorta and Gunnai artist Dixon Patten, who designed our reconciliation artwork. Thank you Dixon, and thank you to everyone who was involved in the development of our RAP.
