ACN Expo 2026 Competition Terms and Conditions

By entering the 2026 Mercy Hospitals Victoria Ltd Promotion (Promotion), you (the Entrant) agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. All information on ‘How to enter’ forms part of these terms and conditions. By entering the Promotion, each Entrant warrants that they have read, understood and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions.
2. The Promoter is Mercy Hospitals Victoria Ltd (ABN: 74762230429) of Level 6, 163 Studley Rd, Heidelberg VIC 3084 (Mercy Health).
3. The Promotion commences on Saturday 18^th April 2026 at 0830 am AEST and closes on Saturday 18th April 2026 at 1430 pm AEST (Promotion Period). Any entry that is not received during the Promotion Period will be invalid.
4. The draw will take place at 2pm AEST on Tuesday 21^st April at Mercy Hospital for Women
5. The Promoter will randomly select one entry (Winner).
6. The Promoter will contact the Winner by telephone (if available) and email to confirm the winning entrant.
7. If contacted by the Promoter, the Winner has a 14 day period to respond to the Promoter’s contact. If the Winner does not respond during that period, the Winner will forfeit the prize and Mercy Health will select another Winner.
8. The Winner’s name will be published on the Mercy Health website and Facebook page.
9. The Winner must collect their prize from Mercy Hospital for Women Heidelberg, Level 6, 163 Studley Rd, Heidelberg VIC 3084 within 14 days of notification or otherwise as agreed with the Promoter. If the prize is not collected within this time period the Winner will forfeit the prize.
10. The Winner must provide proof of identity that is satisfactory to Mercy Health. If no proof of identity is provided, the Winner will forfeit the prize.

Eligibility

11. Entry is open to Australian residents aged 15 years and over. Entrants must be individuals and not companies or other entities. Employees of the Promoter, associated agencies or companies in any way involved in the Promotion are not valid entrants in the Promotion.
12. Incomplete, illegible or incorrect entries, or entries containing offensive or defamatory comments, or which breach any law or infringe any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights, will not be eligible to win.
13. Entrants must attend the Australian College of Nursing Expo on 18 April 2026 and complete the entry form in person at the Mercy Health stand in order to be eligible to win.

How to enter

14. Entrants must complete all required sections of the entry form.
15. Entrants may enter in the Promotion once only.
16. Entrants must apply during The Promotion Period as stated above.

By entering into the Promotion, the Entrant agrees and acknowledges that:

18. the Promoter will collect the Entrant’s personal information, including the Entrant’s name, likeness, email address and picture/s for the Promoter’s promotional and publicity purposes, which it will keep in accordance with the Mercy Health Privacy Policy.
19. By entering the Promotion, the Entrant agrees to receive information and marketing communications from Mercy Health.
20. In the event that the Entrant is the Winner of the Promotion, the Entrant consents to the disclosure, publication and dissemination of their name and likeness for the purposes of the Promotion, and Mercy Health’s advertising and marketing purposes (as Winner of the Promotion).
21. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any entries not received for any reason during The Promotion Period. No responsibility will be taken for lost, late, incorrect or misdirected entries. The Promoter is not responsible for technical difficulties with the entry mechanism and does not warrant that the entry mechanism will be available at all times.
22. Mercy Health may alter these terms and conditions or revoke the Promotion at any time.

Prize details

22. There is one prize to be won and the Winner will receive a JB Hi Fi voucher to the value of $300.
23. This is a voucher provided by JB Hi Fi (JB Hi-Fi – Australia’s Largest Home Entertainment Retailer (jbhifi.com.au)The prize value is correct as at the date of printing.
24. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable.

Decision Final

27. In all matters, all decisions of Mercy Health and its staff will be final and cannot be contested. No correspondence or discussions will be entered into.
