Working in residential aged care

You will work with people to develop enduring relationships and provide personally tailored care for each individual. The resident is at the centre of everything we do at Mercy Health, and you are key to making a difference in each person’s life.

You will use creativity and problem-solving to provide comfort and support and to promote an active lifestyle. You will learn what it takes to bring a smile to each person’s face and purpose to their day. You will partner with residents to engage and ignite their interests: cooking, gardening, arts, exercise classes, music — it could be anything.

Nursing in aged care

Nurses play an important leadership role in our aged care homes. They ensure our residents are provided with the best care and are a key contact between doctors, residents, families and the other teams at the home.

We operate 30 aged care homes across New South Wales, Queensland, Victoria and Western Australia, and have nursing roles available at many of these locations. We welcome AHPRA-qualified local and international aged care nurses looking to join an organisation with true purpose and a strong mission.
